I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and so have always been a fan of nature and the outdoors! My hobbies include baking, hiking, and fishkeeping. My volunteer and work experience reflects my passion for childcare and leadership. As an Eagle Scout, I am always working to make a positive change in my community and help those around me. I'm an extrovert, and take great care in making sure that everyone around me feels included and respected. Being able to foster meaningful relationships with those around me helps me rise to leadership and organizational positions, where I can utilize my communication and collaboration skills to get things done. I'm particularly passionate about mental health, the medicine concerning it, and how we can work to mitigate mental health stigmas in our society and communities.
